Feats come in four categories: melee feats, ranged attack feats, spell casting feats, and general defensive feats.
Most of the feats can be applied to any character, although it wouldn’t make much sense to put a spell casting feat on a non-spell casting character.
The most powerful feats are harder to deploy in that they require the character to already have a specific feat. For instance, Improved Shield Mastery can only be deployed on a stack that contains Shield Mastery.
|Point Blank Shot||1|
|Improved Shield Mastery||2|
|Point Blank Shot||Feat|
|Multi-shot||Feat||Point Blank Shot|
|Improved Shield Mastery||Feat||Shield Mastery|
|Power Attack||Discard to search Loot deck for any one melee weapon, then reshuffle Loot deck|
|Great Cleave||Discard after a melee attack to launch a second melee attack|
|Precise Shot||Discard to search Loot deck for any one ranged weapon, then reshuffle Loot deck|
|Point Blank Shot||This character may make Ranged attacks even when in Close Combat|
|Multi-shot||Discard after a ranged attack to launch a second ranged attack|
|Mental Focus||Discard to search Loot deck for any one spell, then reshuffle Loot deck|
|Maximize Spell||This character’s spells use maximum HP for damage, not current HP|
|Quicken Spell||Discard after casting a spell to immediately cast another spell|
|Diehard||This character functions normally at 0 HP and never receives the Unconscious status|
|Shield Mastery||Ignore the first point of damage from any Ranged or Melee attack|
|Dodge||Ignore the first point of damage from any Trap or Spell|
|Improved Shield Mastery||Discard to ignore any one Ranged or Melee attack|
|Mobility||Discard to ignore any one Trap or Spell|
Next up: spell casting, or weapons and loot, or maybe quest cards? Let’s see where the mood takes me.
